CHECKBOT NEWS
Published: April 19, 2026
The latest Checkbot release makes robot monitoring easier and less manual. With automated reports, better product context, alarm analysis, and controller event tracking, teams get clearer data and faster insights.
Within the dashboard settings, each user can now configure automatic delivery of dashboard data directly to their email in the form of a PDF report. Simply select the data on the dashboard that you want to receive, and these charts and information will be sent to you at a frequency that suits your needs.
A redesigned chart creation interface also helps you set up your visualizations more clearly, allowing for more precise and intuitive data presentation.
In the production history, you can now add additional information and notes to individual products. This gives you clearer insight into what happened before production began, how it ended, and any relevant details about the order, customer, or other product-specific information.
By connecting operational data with product-level context, teams get a more complete view of each production run.
Better analysis of alarms during individual jobs can improve operational stability and efficiency.
With improved alarm monitoring, teams gain better visibility into alarm behavior in context, making it easier to identify recurring issues, focus on the most important problems, and reduce both the number and duration of outages.
Checkbot can now also track individual events on controllers. This means you can see who configured what on the controllers, whether there were any changes to security zones, job modifications, and more.
This gives you a complete overview of important changes and modifications to your devices, helping teams maintain clearer visibility into controller-level activity and respond more effectively when issues occur.
We have also simplified the initial setup of the application and data collection. Monitoring settings can now be copied easily from one device to another, making it faster to onboard additional devices and scale monitoring across the operation.
This reduces repetitive setup work and helps maintain a more consistent monitoring configuration.
We have also modernized and expanded our chart creation and visualization capabilities. Thanks to the updated format, you now have a better visual overview of the data you’re monitoring.
These updates make data interpretation easier and support clearer day-to-day work with monitored values and trends.
Each user can now configure work shifts that match their specific operation — whether it is a single-shift, two-shift, three-shift, or continuous operation.
This gives users additional options for monitoring and evaluating operations, performance, and efficiency, while allowing Checkbot to reflect the real structure of production more accurately.
Given the scale and diversity of different operations, we have also expanded the location structure. You can now use a tree structure with up to three levels, allowing you to organize devices, for example, by hall, production line, and cell.
This makes navigation easier and helps teams keep a clearer overview of more complex production environments.
Together, these updates help make Checkbot more practical for everyday production use. Whether the goal is automated reporting, clearer product context, easier monitoring rollout, or better visibility into alarms and controller changes, the latest release gives teams more relevant information with less manual work.
Designed to be flexible, secure, and easy to adapt. Checkbot supports the monitoring of your Yaskawa robots.
